How it Works

Step one

Contact us and send us your design.
It is much easier for us to advise and quote, once we have seen your design.
Also send type of garments, quantity and colour.
For T shirts and hoodies the sizes and colours can be split into what you require for no extra cost. The print colour must remain the same.
Our Minimum order for screenprinting is 25 garments
per design.
Ideally send artwork as a vector file, EPS, AI  but we can usually work with a jpeg too.

Quote

Step Two

You will receive a quote including all your printing details, Print colours, garment sizes and colours and prices.
Once you have confirmed everything is correct we can start your order.
We usually work on 7-10 working days, but if you are in a rush please let us know and we will do our best to help

Going to Screen

Step Three

Once you have approved everything we can put your design to screen ready to print.
Silk screens are basically stencils of your design that allows the ink to be squeezed through and printed onto the garment.
This is the same process for metals and plastics.
With screen printing we have to print each colour individually, so we have to make separate screens for each colour.
We always use a base white to make the colours pop, so this would be an extra screen, except on white T shirts.
Without the base white, the colours would look washed out and dull.

Printing

Step Four

We start to print your Garments.
First we print a base white. Then each colour is printed on top of the white.
We use a manual printer as well as an automatic carousel, depending on the size of the print run. Our inks are plastisol which is the most durable type for fabric.
We use various other specialist inks for  plastic, metals and other products.

Curing your Product

Step Five

The garments are then send down a dryer to cure the inks so that will not wash out.
Please follow washing instructions and do not iron the print area.
